Some tasks may require additional time, a separate booking or specialist equipment. These can include ovens, inside cupboards, detailed window cleaning, heavy build-up, mould treatment, high areas, exterior work and moving heavy furniture.
Starting Your Weekly, Fortnightly or Monthly Clean
Before confirming your service, we ask about the size and current condition of your home, the areas you want covered, how often you would like us to visit and what matters most to you. This helps us recommend a realistic amount of cleaner-time instead of trying to fit every Hope Island home into the same package.
Kristy will come out herself for your first recurring clean. She will walk through the home with you, find out what you are most particular about and make sure the cleaner understands where you would like the time focused. You do not need to prepare the entire house before we arrive. It helps if floors and surfaces are reasonably accessible, but we understand that homes are lived in.
