Kristy will come out for the first recurring clean and walk through the property with you. She will learn what you notice most, communicate those priorities to the cleaner and make sure the service begins with a shared understanding of how the time should be used.
There is no need to make the whole house perfect before the cleaner arrives. Reasonably accessible floors and surfaces help us use the booked time efficiently, but we understand that homes are lived in and will work around everyday items where possible.
Some tasks sit outside a regular clean or may require additional time, a separate booking or a specialist provider. These include ovens, inside cupboards, detailed window cleaning, heavy build-up, mould treatment, high areas, exterior work and moving heavy furniture. Ask us in advance and we will confirm what our team can safely include.
