Kristy will attend your first recurring clean and walk through the home with you. She will find out what you notice most, explain those priorities to the cleaner and make sure everyone begins with the same understanding of how the time should be used.
You do not need to make the entire house perfect before we arrive. It helps when the floors and main surfaces are reasonably accessible, but we understand that homes are lived in. We will work around everyday items where possible and focus on the priorities agreed with you.
