In most cases, your regular visits will be completed by the same cleaner—or the same cleaners when your service requires more than one person. This allows them to learn the home, understand your usual priorities and become familiar with how you like things done. If a regular cleaner is away, we will arrange a suitable replacement and pass on your established instructions beforehand.

Starting Your Regular Service
Tell us about the home, how often you would like it cleaned and the areas you most want kept under control. We will recommend a realistic starting time and whether one or two cleaners would suit the service.
The owner attends the first recurring clean so you can show us what matters most and anything the cleaner should know. We can then refine the routine as we learn the property.
