The Owner Attends the First Clean
Kristy will attend your first recurring clean to see the apartment, learn what you are most particular about and make sure the cleaner begins with a clear understanding of your priorities.
Planning Your First Surfers Paradise Clean
Before recommending the cleaning time, we ask about the apartment’s size and current condition, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often you would like us to visit and what you want covered most consistently.
If the building has particular parking, reception, key, fob or lift instructions, let us know before the first visit so they can be provided to the cleaner.
At the first recurring visit, the owner will walk through the apartment with you and the cleaner. Once the routine and secure entry arrangement have been established, you do not necessarily need to remain home for future visits.
Do You Live in a House Rather Than an Apartment?
Although most of our Surfers Paradise work is in apartments, we also provide recurring cleaning for a smaller number of large and waterfront houses within the suburb. These homes are quoted according to their size, layout and priorities, with multiple cleaners available where suitable.
