Will the same cleaner attend every visit?

We aim to provide continuity wherever scheduling allows, but we cannot promise that the same cleaner will attend every visit. If someone else is required, we pass on the priorities and instructions already established for your home.

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

No. The cleaner arrives with the products and equipment required for the agreed service. Let us know beforehand if the home has a surface or product requirement we should follow.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not necessarily. Suitable access arrangements can be established once the service is confirmed and provided to the cleaner attending.

Detailed interior or exterior glass cleaning is not included in a standard recurring clean. However, it can be added when requested for glass that can be safely reached from the floor or with a small stool or step. We can allow time for accessible windows, glass doors and other reachable glass areas when planning your service.
