Labrador is home for the owner and her family as well as a regular part of our cleaning schedule. Our team works in the suburb most weeks and already looks after more than three recurring clients locally, including one who has used the service for more than a year.

What We Can Take Care of During Each Visit
The work completed depends on your home, the cleaning time booked and the priorities agreed with you. A weekly, fortnightly or monthly clean can include:
We agree on the main priorities before the service begins, then use the available cleaning time where it will be most valuable in your home. Detailed or less frequent tasks may need additional time, so please mention them when requesting your quote. High-access and specialist window cleaning are not included in a regular clean.

Each cleaner is personally chosen, trained and supported by the owner before they work independently. She remains particular about who enters a client’s home and the care expected while they are there.
We Aim to Keep Your Cleaner Consistent
We aim to assign the same cleaner to your regular visits whenever possible. If that cleaner is unavailable, the person covering the service is briefed on your home and the priorities already agreed with you.

Planning the First Clean
When you enquire, we ask about the type of property, its size and current condition, how often you would like cleaning and the areas that matter most to you. This helps us recommend a realistic amount of cleaning time for each visit.
For apartments, we also confirm practical details such as parking, building entry, reception, lifts and any access instructions. Organising these details beforehand allows the cleaner to use more of the booked time inside your home.
The owner attends the first recurring clean so you can show her through the property and explain your priorities. From there, the routine can be refined as the team becomes familiar with the home and learns what works best for you.
